    • (a) AI-Generated Content may not be unique, and other users may generate similar content;
    • (b) AI-Generated Content may not be protectable under intellectual property laws;
    • (c) You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-Generated Content complies with applicable laws.

    5.3 Our Content

    Except for User Content, the Services and all Content therein, including software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music, are the exclusive property of ORCORB PTE. LTD. and its licensors.

    5.4 AI Training

    You grant us the right to use your User Content and AI-Generated Content to improve our artificial intelligence systems, develop our technologies, and enhance our products and Services. Where feasible, we will use anonymized or aggregated data for such purposes.

    6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

    6.1 Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to use the Services to:

    • (a) Upload, generate, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
    • (b) Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights;
    • (c) Create content that expresses or implies any endorsement by us;
    • (d) Create content that is deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent;

    • (f) Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;

    • (b) WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE;
    • (c) WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

    10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORCORB PTE. LTD. BE LIABLE FOR:

    • (a) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
    • (b) ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES;
    • (c) DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;
    • (d) DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
    • (e) DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.

    11. INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ORCORB PTE. LTD. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

    • (a) Your use of the Services;
    • (b) Your violation of these Terms;
    • (c) Your violation of any third-party rights;
    • (d) Your User Content.

    12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

    12.1 Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    12.2 Arbitration

    Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the SIAC Rules for the time being in force.

    The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English.

    13. CHANGES TO TERMS

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

    14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ORCORB PTE. LTD. regarding the Services.

    14.2 Severability
